TPF Chennai · 2026 · A 48-Day Journey
Inner Engineering with Adhyatmik Intelligence
Based on "Body and Soul" · Acharya Mahapragya
It began humbly — a reading club in Chennai that struggled to gather even 7 to 8 members. The book was Acharya Mahapragya's Body and Soul (Sharir aur Aatma) — a profound dialogue on the nature of the soul and the body, wrapped in a narrative so simple and alive it speaks to anyone who encounters it.
Rather than abandon the effort, Pramela Jain — then newly elected President of TPF Chennai — asked a different question. Not how do we get people to read this, but how do we bring this to people in a way that meets them where they are?
The answer arrived through deep contemplation and Guru's grace: audio recordings in Hindi and English, daily chapter links, thoughtfully crafted questionnaires, and the warmth of community. What followed was 48 days that nobody planned for — and nobody will forget.
Participants joined not just from Chennai or even India. They came from the USA, UK, Dubai, Sharjah, Nepal, and Singapore. The programme united Terapanthis, Sthanakvasis, and Mandirmargis alike — a pan-Jain spiritual gathering, drawn together by one book and one intention.

Hindi and English audio recordings of each chapter of Body and Soul, delivered daily via a single link — navigable with one touch. Voiced with warmth, clarity, and complete conviction, so the wisdom reached the heart before the mind.
Thoughtfully crafted questionnaires after each chapter to deepen reflection and consolidate understanding. A live tracker let every participant monitor their own progress throughout the journey.
A WhatsApp community became the heartbeat of the programme — filled with reviews, experiences, and encouragement for 50 straight days. The journey closed with a Zoom celebration ceremony attended by TPF leadership from across the country.
Participants who scored above 70% in aggregate were recognised as Achievers and received a Certificate of Achievement through Vishwa Bharti — a tangible mark of their dedication to the journey.
No prior knowledge required. No fees. No barriers. Just a daily 20–30 minutes with a book that has the power to change how you see yourself.
Six people. One mission. Zero compromise.
Every seamless experience has invisible hands behind it. This programme ran smoothly across 48 days for 740 participants because of a core team that gave it everything — often working late into the night, often going far beyond what was asked.
Shwetaji Pipada The soft, soothing English voice behind every audio chapter and Preksha Dhyaan session. Her recordings carry a quality of stillness that draws listeners effortlessly into reflection.
Sangitaji Baid The Hindi voice of the programme — emotionally rich, deeply convicted, and connecting. Her recordings brought the book's wisdom to life in a way that touched hearts across the country.
Anilji Dungarwal The backbone of the daily experience. He converted every chapter into seamless Google links, formatted questionnaires, tracked participant results, and ensured the daily link reached every participant — often through the night.
Sahilji Baid The tech architect of the programme. He built the questionnaire attendance tracker, participant performance dashboards, and the certificate generation app — and remained available throughout for every challenge.
Dikshaji Gadiya Every promo, every poster, every review visual, and the final certificate design — all her creation. She shaped the face of this programme with quiet artistic precision from the very first day to the last.
Rakshitaji Nahar Creator of the early promotional videos that introduced the programme to the world, and of the logo that graced every certificate of achievement.
"Today, when I look back, it feels as if a guiding hand was with us at every step. At every step, we were putting in our best efforts — and things were falling into place accordingly."
— Pramela Jain, TPF Chennai President · 1st May 2026
Inner Engineering with Adhyatmik Intelligence was one programme. The deeper journey — of studying Jain philosophy, simplifying its wisdom, and sharing it daily — is ongoing.
